I'm Adrienne

An empath, intuitive, transformational growth guide, and go-between for the Spirit Realm.

I am passionate about exploring the inner, the outer, and the spiritual worlds. I have studied and worked on personal and transformational growth for over three decades. I believe it's imperative that we peel back the layers of conditioning and get to the heart of who we truly are, our Soul Self. In the process, we need to heal our emotional wounds as well as take the pen back and write our own stories. I'm all about living life fully instead of letting life live me.

Since I was 18, I have traveled the globe, which has broadened my horizons and allowed for deeper self-discovery. For a while, I wondered if I was running away from something, but I realized I was running towards myself. By leaving my normal, daily life, I was able to discover who I am outside of the expectations of those who know me. Plus, once you get bit by the travel bug, it's really hard to recover from. 😉

For many years, I really struggled with self-worth and self-love. I had to do a lot of inner work to get to who I am today. I believe that's why I'm drawn to working with women to help them break through their own inner barriers so that they can take up space, connect to their inner worth, and presence themselves authentically and confidently. I believe that we all have a LIGHT that is meant to shine.

Opening up to and understanding my intuitive gifts was a direction I never expected to take. Had you told me 20 years ago that I'd be doing what I do now, I probably would've told you you're nuts. Now, I am so passionate about the metaphysical and the mystical. I've had some pretty phenomenal experiences along the way. I am both intrigued and comforted by what I have learned and have been shown from those in the Spirit Realm.

How it all started...

I had hints throughout my lifetime, but my gifts didn't open up until my mid-30's.

My spiritual gifts began to reveal themselves back in 2011 when I was guided to Sedona, AZ. Sedona became my intensive training ground where I was able to open up to and develop my intuition. The realization that I'm an empath perfectly explained why I've been so "over-emotional" and "overly sensitive" my whole life. I was guided to The Emotion Code and began helping people remove their trapped emotions. Early on, I was finding more intricate blockages that no modality had prepared me for - that's when the Archangels stepped in, and I've been working with them ever since through our own modality called Emotional Blockages Release (EBR).

After working with clients from around the world for over a decade, I took a step in the direction of my dreams, which is to help women connect to their Soul Self, their true essence. I formed the Soul-Self Sisterhood, where we discuss, share, and take steps to connect with our authentic selves and co-create with the Universe.

I realized another passion of mine in 2024 by creating a specialized package to help female entrepreneurs break through their inner barriers. Using my experience and my gifts, I help women break through their inner glass ceilings. This saves them years of time and hardship so they can get their work out into the world and create the impact they know they're here to make.
