Emotional Blockages Release™ is a heart-based, intuitively guided, hands-off, distance releasing and healing modality. It involves the clearing and transmutation of the trapped emotional energies that are holding you back and or are bringing more of what you don't want into your life. By removing these dense energies, not only do you lighten your karmic load, but free up your Soul-Self to expand and grow outside of the energetic repetitions of the trapped emotions and memories that are hindering you.

This is for anyone who is open to working with the Angels and wishes to clear out emotional energies that no longer serve them. If under the age of 18, you must have a guardian's permission. Sessions can only be done for the person asking, they cannot be done for other people without their knowledge and consent. 

When you don't properly process your emotions, that energy can become stuck in your physical body or energetic bodies, such as the aura. This energy can block proper chi flow which can result in physical issues. As like attracts like, holding this energy will draw situations or events to you that carry the same charge. The blockages can show up in many ways, such as a ball of energy, a symbol, a wall, a mass and more. Not only can you trap your own emotional energy,  it can also be inherited, absorbed, preconceived, come from other lives, or picked up in the womb. Your Highest Self is the one in charge of the session. Nothing can be released that your Soul is not ready to let go of, even if you think you are! Your Highest Self knows which energies you still need and which no longer serve you. We always set an intent of what you'd like to release, but your Highest Self is the one in the driver's seat. 

A specific intent is set and the Angels proceed with the clearing. Sometimes you may be asked to visualize something or state the intent yourself which will be guided. Mostly, you’re just relaxing and doing a specific breath. ​

The results vary for each person, but basically removing the blockages allows your body to return to its natural state of healing as chi flow is restored. It also weakens the attraction of more of the same energy (what we hold, we attract). Most people tend to feel lighter after the session. Once the energy blockage has been cleared, it is gone. 

What happens after a session is different for everyone. We do set the intent at the beginning of the session that you will have an ease of processing. It’s important to listen to your body and rest when you need to. Drink plenty of room temperature water. Walk out in Nature to reground. You will have just shifted a lot of energy - be good to yourself while your body realigns. 

The session is generally done over the audio version of Google Meet. You need to be in a space where you will not be disturbed and there are as few distractions as possible. If using your cell phone, please have it on speaker or use headphones. No Bluetooth devices as they tend to interfere. Please have room temp water available to drink. 

​As an empathic intuitive, I can feel where you have your trapped energy, will know what kind of emotional frequency it is, I'll know the type of blockage it is, and where it came from. Often, these are very subtle blockages that other modalities don't pick up on. The Angels are the ones who do the clearing and energetic healing work (as needed). Every session and every release within a session is different. I see new types of blockages all the time. This amazing team of Angels, that I am honored to work with, are ready and willing to help you free yourself of what's holding you back. I do this work because I truly wish to assist people. I’ve personally experienced and seen first-hand how releasing what no longer serves you allows you to step into your power and live a happier, healthier life.
