Love Notes from the Soul - twice weekly introspective and inspirational emails that share tools, tips, reflections, and prompts to help you along your inner growth journey.
Amplifying Wisdom - the opportunity to learn about or go deeper on a topic around spirituality, metaphysics, or personal growth. This is attained through the gatherings and the resources inside the learning community.
Some of the topics we have covered include life after death, spiritual and energetic hygiene, meeting with your Inner Child, how to rewrite your old story and implement the new one, how to meet with a "negative" emotion and hear its message, and ways to connect with your Soul Self and hear its message.
